How we work,
and how to check us.
Listen
A call or written brief. We ask about users, constraints and what “done” means to you.
Map states
Before visuals: a journey map that lists every state each screen can be in.
Prototype
Clickable designs you can try on your own phone and share.
Build in slices
Working increments you can install and test, not one big reveal.
Release
Store or hosting preparation, checklists, and a calm launch day.
Support
Fixes and IT help as agreed, during office hours.
Quality criteria in place of trophies
We have no awards to show. Instead, here is what you can measure us against on any project:
| Criterion | How you can check |
|---|---|
| Every screen has its states designed | Ask for the state map; each screen should list loading, empty and error. |
| Readable at large text sizes | Turn up your phone's text size and use the prototype. |
| Keyboard and screen-reader friendly web pages | Tab through the site; focus should always be visible. |
| Forms never pretend to succeed | Switch off Wi-Fi and submit: you should see an honest failure. |
| Decisions written down | Every agreed change appears in a shared log. |
Questions about the method
Do you give fixed prices?
After we understand the scope, yes, we can propose one. We will not quote from a website form.
Can we start with design only?
Yes. Design is a standalone service and the outputs are yours to take to any developer.
What if requirements change?
We note the change, explain its effect on time and cost, and wait for your agreement.
